Patricia Kelly spent the last few days in the hospital because she contracted the coronavirus. Now she has been released.

Patricia Kelly (51) was recently infected with the corona virus – despite a full vaccination. The singer therefore had to spend the past few days in the hospital. Now she has been released.

“Back home”, writes the singer. She must “get well now”. Kelly also thanked her fans for the many messages and well-being wishes they had recently received. On October 19, she still told us what a difficult time she had behind her.

“I went through hell for three days,” explains Kelly in the post. Prayers and support from family and friends “carried them through these difficult moments”. She was able to report that she felt “a little better”, but that she was “still suffering from a strong cough and the associated severe pain”.

The doctors said to Kelly that she should “take it easy in the coming weeks”. Therefore, the singer canceled all upcoming dates for the time being. She does not yet know when she will be able to be on stage again, but she hopes that it will be that time again in mid-November. “The doctors are optimistic that I will make a full recovery and I will do everything I can for that.”

Kelly had already been infected with the corona virus in the past year. She was “personally infinitely grateful that I got vaccinated. Otherwise I might be in a completely different situation today.” that the singer was infected and explains: “” Please don’t worry too much, we are confident that Patricia will be back on her feet very soon.
