What to do with all the free time? After Ingolf Lück no longer wanted to paint the garden house during the corona pandemic, he pounced on the music.
Moderator and actor Ingolf Lück (64) used the Corona period to learn to play the saxophone. “Before the Corona period it was like this: I didn’t feel like it anymore. I had been on tour for 40 years. I didn’t want to be stuck in traffic anymore, I didn’t want to get into cold halls anymore,” Lück told the German press Agency in Cologne.
But then the pandemic came – and with it the time at home. “During that time, I painted our garden shed four times,” Lück recalled. “I also started playing the saxophone in the basement.” He always wanted to learn a wind instrument. “I did that in the Corona period.”
The entertainer, who was born in Bielefeld, will be 65 in mid-April. Among other things, he gained great fame through the television shows “Formula One” and “The Weekly Show”.
