Step by Step
- Place the yeast in a bowl dissolved with a part of the lukewarm milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar. cover and let rest a few minutes.
- In another container place the flour and make a crown in the middle. Put the eggs, sugar, oil, honey, essence and lemon zest. Mingle to integrate and incorporate yeast.
- Integrate all the ingredients and gradually add the remaining milk. There has to be a dough soft and elastic. knead a few minutesthen cover and let stand until double your volume.
- Degas the dough and make a bagel. place on a oiled plate or parchment paper. Let stand until doubled in volume.
