Paramount+ revealed today the official trailer for the upcoming original series Fatal Attraction. The series premieres on Monday, May 1 with three exclusive episodes on Paramount+.

The series is an in-depth reimagining of the classic, culture-infused psychosexual thriller from the ’80s starring Glenn Close, Michael Douglas and Anne Archerthrough the lens of privilege, personality disorders, family dynamics, and murder.


In the present, after serving 15 years in prison for the murder of Alexandra Forrest (Lizzy Caplan), Daniel Gallagher (Joshua Jackson) is released on probation with the aim of reconnecting with his family and proving his innocence. It all started in 2008, when Dan first meets Alex and his world begins to unravel after his brief romance threatens to destroy the life he has built with his wife, Beth (Amanda Pete).

The series stars Jackson as Dan Gallagher, Caplan as Alex Forrest, Peet as Beth Gallagher, Toby Huss as Mike Gerard Brian Goodman like Arthur Tomlinson, Alyssa Jirrels like Ellen Gallagher and reindeer wilson as Detective Earl Booker.
Alexandra Cunningham (“Dirty John,” “Chance”) serves as writer, showrunner, and executive producer on the series alongside executive producer Kevin J. Hynes (“Perry Mason”;), with whom Cunningham developed the series, and executive producers. Darryl Frank (“The Americans”) and Justin Falvey (“The Americans”) for Amblin Television.
