If you exceed 80 or 90 km / h, which corresponds to particularly dangerous conditions, the driving license is gone for six months. In addition, the observation period here is doubled to four years.
Road races are expressly declared as “particularly dangerous conditions” or particular recklessness in the sense of traffic reliability and punished accordingly. Not only direct participation but also participation in the form of support as the driver of another vehicle to shield the actual participants falls under the regulation and is therefore immediately sanctioned. Freedom Criticism
FP traffic spokesman Gerhard Deimek was upset about what he saw as the far too high penalties for comparatively low speeding and sees a motorist seclusion with the Greens.
