Lijana Kaggwa was a candidate for “Germany’s Next Top Model” in 2020 – and got out live in the final. During the broadcast of the show, she was massively verbally abused, insulted and threatened. Kaggwa has now written a book about her time at GNTM, hate and her commitment to fighting cyberbullying.

No, I don’t watch “Germany’s Next Top Model”. With everything I know now, I see it from a different perspective, of course. I don’t want to support that. I had a hard time watching my own season. I didn’t see a lot of that. With my exit from the finals, I clearly wanted to distance myself from this show.
