Harry, Liam, Louis, Niall and Zayn back on stage together? For weeks, One Direction fans have been rumored that the former band members could soon celebrate a reunion – in the final episode of James Corden’s “The Late Late Show” (44). The show has now given a rejection via Twitter.
“No one loves the boys more than we do…but this story isn’t true”, . The account shared the headline of an article from the “Daily Mail” that seemed to confirm the supposed reunion on the show.
Band has appeared on the show several times
The alleged upcoming reunion of Harry Styles (29), Liam Payne (29), Louis Tomlinson (31), Niall Horan (29) and Zayn Malik (30) had initially reported. Fans were immediately blown away by the idea of the five former colleagues appearing together for the first time in more than eight years.
One Direction had appeared together and individually on Corden’s show several times in the past – but only as a foursome after Malik left the band in 2015. In 2016, Styles, Payne, Tomlinson and Horan announced a hiatus after six years. An official separation was never announced, but the band has not made a joint public appearance since then.
