The menu designed by the chef Jonathan Hall Gelhorn He proposes as amuse bouche, a braised vacuum croquette and garlic aioli. For starters, slowly roasted tomato pannacotta with a pillow of tapenade next to Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Malbec.


A main course smoked chorizo steak, broad bean purée, mushroom gnocchi,
cooking juice and glazed carrot accompanied by Terrazas Appellation of Origin – Los Chacayes – Malbec. And for dessert, there will be some pears in malbec, white chocolate pannacotta and crispy almonds, and Terrazas de los Andes Malbec Rosé.
