The attack was recorded last Friday around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Dorrego Avenue and Luis María Campos, in the aforementioned neighborhood of the City of Buenos Aires.

According to the sources, the influencer frank colonel He was with his current partner arriving at her home when they were both rebuked for Eloy Ayrton Riveraex-Big Brother, who had a tramontine-type knife in his hands.

Coronel’s partner, a model and influencer, explained that Rivera is her ex-boyfriend and that he had, due to previous complaints, a perimeter that prevented him from approaching her.

Despite this, the young woman reported that they saw Rivera approaching with a knife and that is how a fight broke out between him and Coronel.

According to the sources, in the framework of that fight, Coronel took Rivera’s knife and made cuts at the height of the left shoulder, in the right area of ​​the thorax that caused an injury to the lung and to the ear on the same side. .

After giving notice to 911, a patrol car from the 14B police station of the City Police and an ambulance from the Emergency Medical Care System (SAME) arrived, which transferred Rivera to the Fernández Hospital.

Judicial spokesmen confirmed to Télam that Rivera is in a reserved state with a police order pending that he can give an investigative statement before Judge Martín Peluso, in charge of the National Criminal and Correctional Court 9.

The crime that Rivera was accused of is “disobedience and attempted murder”although the judge is collecting more detailed information about the fact.

Meanwhile, the magistrate also decided to leave Coronel in custody for “attempted homicide”, assessing that “he did not limit himself only to disarming him and defending himself, but left him badly injured,” according to a source with access to the Télam agency. cause.

According to police sources, the young woman stated that Rivera had previous complaints of gender violence and that there was a restriction on approaching her.
