The talent agency Entertainment 360 said goodbye to Jonathan Majorssecured the portal Deadline. The recent move by one of the agencies representing Majors comes three weeks after the star of Creed III was arrested on domestic violence charges in New York City.
Majors’ representation issues don’t stop with Entertainment 360. Public relations firm The Lede Company also began a break with the Marvel actor in the past month.
As a minor element of this, Majors and the Valentino fashion house “mutually agreed” that the actor would not attend this year’s Met Gala as one of their guests.
Majors has already filmed the second season of Loki of Marvel/Disney+in which he reprises his supervillain role as Kang the Conqueror, and will soon appear before the cameras in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Rumor aside, Marvel isn’t planning on taking Majors out of his universe.

The actor was arrested on March 25 for an alleged domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman. The unidentified victim was taken to the hospital with “minor head and neck injuries,” according to authorities. Majors is expected to appear before a judge on May 8 as he faces multiple charges of harassment and assault by the New York City district attorney.
“Jonathan Majors is completely innocent and likely the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows,” said Majors’ criminal defense attorney, Priya Chaudhryto Deadline in a March 27 statement. “We are rapidly gathering and presenting evidence to the district attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped imminently.”
Chaudhry added at the time that the “evidence includes video footage of the vehicle where this episode took place, testimony from the driver and others who saw and heard the episode, and most importantly, two written statements from the woman retracting these allegations.” .
Majors’ lawyer also sent a series of text messages to the press, worded to protect the woman’s identity, in which the latter took the blame for the fight: “Please let me know you’re okay when you get this. They assured me that they will not charge you. They said they had to arrest you as a protocol when they saw my injuries and they knew we had a fight. I’m so mad they did it. And I’m sorry you’re in this position. He will make sure nothing happens about it. I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone. I just got out of the hospital. Just call me when you’re out. I love you.”
The Majors altercation comes in the midst of what has been a prosperous 2023 with Creed III and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania having grossed a combined $745 million at the box office, plus rave reviews from Sundance for his turn as a mentally disturbed amateur bodybuilder in Magazine Dreams. Disney’s Searchlight Pictures acquired that film outside the festival, outbidding several bidders, and set a release date of December 8, 2023.
