fast and furious x presented a new trailer, and reveals more about the new villain character of Jason MomoaGiving.
The trailer begins with Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his team in Vatican City as they try to disarm a rolling bomb Dante dropped on the city. Flashbacks reveal how Dante got stuck with Toretto, from Fast Five.
Dante turns out to be the son of Herman Reyes, the main antagonist of Fast Five. During the events of said movie, Toretto planned a heist in Rio de Janeiro to rob Reyes and kill him, Dante now seeks revenge.
The rest of the trailer features a fight scene between Letty from Michelle Rodriguez and Cipher’s Charlize Theronand Jakob Toretto of John Cena he returns to help Dom ensure his son’s safety.
Alongside Diesel and Momoa, fans of the Fast and Furious series can look forward to seeing the returning cast members: Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, Jason Statham, John Cena, Scott Eastwood, and Helen Mirren. They also add to the franchise Brie Larson, Rita Moreno, alan richson and Daniela Melchior.
fast and furious x It is directed by louis leterrierwho replaced justin lin last year, it was recently confirmed that Leterrier will also be in charge of directing the next and final film in the saga.
Fast and Furious X hits theaters on May 18.
