Caitlyn Jenner is in great mourning for her mother, who passed away at the age of 96. She will “miss her mom terribly”.
Former sports and reality TV personality Caitlyn Jenner, 73, is mourning the loss of her mother, . In a post in which Jenner shared several photos of the deceased, she explains how much she will miss them.
“I am heartbroken to report that my mom passed away peacefully yesterday morning,” Jenner wrote on April 21. “Losing a mother is unique in the sense that she is the only person who has loved me my entire life. I will miss her terribly. […] I love you mom.”
Jenner also writes that her mother Esther had a full life. In a few weeks she would have celebrated her 97th birthday. On all three photos published, her mother beams in the direction of the camera, one apparently shows the deceased on her 95th birthday about two years ago.

Caitlyn Jenner was born Bruce Jenner and won gold in the decathlon at the 1976 Summer Olympics. She was later seen, among other things, in the reality show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”, which was broadcast in the USA from 2007 and was discontinued in 2021. In 2015 she announced that she was trans.
The daughters Kendall (27) and Kylie come from a divorced marriage with Kris Jenner (67), who brought her children Kourtney (44), Kim (42), Khloé (38) and Rob Kardashian (36) into the relationship (25). Jenner also brought four children into the marriage: Burt (44), Casey (42), Brandon (41) and Brody (39).
