The Performing Arts area of the Rector Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center, dependent on the Secretary of Institutional Relations, Culture and Communication of the University of Buenos Aires, invites directors, directors, choreographers to present new productions or revivals of dance works. The selected pieces will be part of the dance program of the Rojas Cultural Center from August 2023.

Proposals must be sent to the email address convocatoriaprogramacion@rojas.uba.ar, specifying in the subject “Dance 2023 + Title of the work” and the deadline for receipt is Friday, May 12.
Directors, directors, choreographers and choreographers residing in Argentina may participate in the call by presenting individual or collective projects.
The pieces presented must be projects to be programmed in 2023 at the Rector Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center.
When presenting the material, data and contacts must be sent in addition to the description of the project (name, conceptual synthesis, detail of the aesthetic-technical choreographic proposal); motivations, videos and photographs of the works or links to them.
The Rector Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center will provide an economic prize as support for new productions, a production team and technique for the development of the show.
The selected projects will be able to have rehearsal space at the Rector Ricardo Rojas Cultural Center to coordinate previously with the institution.
The jury of the call is made up of Silvina Grinberg, Patricia Dorin and Pablo Rotemberg. The jury’s decision is final. The award-winning artists will be notified of the jury’s decision.
