Actor Tom Hanks has written a novel about a difficult action actor. The Hollywood star reveals: He’s not always “in the best shape” on the film set either.
Even Hollywood star Tom Hanks (“Forrest Gump”) has a bad day. Nobody is always “in top form” on the film set, said the 66-year-old in an interview with the British broadcaster BBC. “I’ve had difficult days trying to be a professional when my life just fell apart – in so many ways.” Nevertheless, the requirement was then to be funny, charming and loving.
Hanks presented his first novel at the BBC. The Making of Another Major Motion Picture Masterpiece follows the making of a multi-million dollar superhero action movie starring a difficult actor.
