Dolph Lundgren has battled cancer for many years. At times, the forecasts were very bleak. But now things are looking a lot better.

Actor Dolph Lundgren (65, “Rocky IV, “The Expendables”) spoke publicly about his cancer for the first time. Doctors had already removed a tumor from his kidney in 2015, said the native Swede in an interview for the series “In Depth With Graham Bensinger” In 2020, further tumors, including those in the liver, were diagnosed.

At times, the doctors gave him only two to three years to live. But thanks to new drugs, the tumors have largely shrunk in the past year, and the prognosis is now significantly better, said the action star.

Lundgren, who recently appeared in front of the camera for films such as “Aquaman 2” and “The Expendables 4”, sums up that he considers himself very lucky to be alive.
