Silver went to ex-racer Corinna Kamper and Danilo Campisi, bronze to former ski jumping coach Alexander Pointner and Manuela Stöckl.
In the final show, the latecomer, whose real name is Stephanie Wanasek-Stauffer, delivered a sovereign performance. After two dances, she and her dance partner Stefanin were ahead in the jury evaluation. In the decisive duel with Corinna Kamper, she was able to convince the audience with her show dance inspired by the film “Tanz der Vampire”.
May succeeds cabaret artist Caroline Athanasiadis, who won the last edition of the hit with the public in 2021, together with professional dancer finalist Campisi. This time, a total of ten prominent dancers with their professional accompaniment had to face the strict eyes of the jury consisting of Maria Santner and Balázs Ekker as well as the TV audience. The show was moderated by Mirjam Weichselbraun and Andi Knoll. Guest judge in the final show was reigning Dancing Star Athanasiadis.
