Watch the video: “Party like a King”: Graphic designer lets King Charles celebrate a great party – with the help of AI.
The Coronation of King Charles III. was a pompous but – let’s be honest – sometimes also a very stiff event. The strict protocol, the overloaded disguises and last but not least the critical view of millions of viewers – not exactly the best conditions for a party atmosphere. Now an Australian graphic designer from Perth shows what the real party behind the scenes looked like or could have looked like – in a word, hilarious and mega-cool. Neil Mason from the Start Digital design office had an artificial intelligence help with his royal party vision. However, that was more complicated than you would think. He explained his ideas to the “Midjourney” app for several hours and uploaded pictures. The result was a royal party bash that’s quite something. Of course, Buckingham Palace is more retro-style Fantasy pictures – no matter how fake they are – inspire users on the Internet. Whether Charles as a disco king or Camilla as a dancing queen – on Instagram users are over the moon with enthusiasm. “The best!!!” or “So much better than the real ‘thing'” are just two of the comments.
