From 1993 to 2001 Boris Becker (53) was married to the German designer Barbara Becker (54). They have two sons together: Noah (27) and Elias (22). In one, the young model Elias speaks openly about his parents’ divorce: “You understand that people have their own emotions and needs, and sometimes other people no longer meet these needs … They probably did it for their own good.”

Elias was just one year old when his parents separated. After the divorce, Boris Becker spent a lot of time with his children, said the 22-year-old. His childhood was “great” – only his father’s fans often disturbed his privacy. “I learned from my parents not to stress myself about it. That’s what people do. They appreciate you because you have achieved great things and you inspire them. I always see it positively,” emphasizes Elias.
Even in high school, Elias became interested in photography and film. In 2018 he went to New York University to attend a summer film program. He then went to the College of Communication in London, where he began to study art, among other things. However, at the beginning of the pandemic, he moved back to NYU.
