Celebrity couple Beyoncé, 41, and Jay-Z, 53, have reportedly spent $200 million on a home in the best area of Malibu. According to US media reports, the price makes it the most expensive house ever sold in California. The record for the most expensive house in the US therefore still holds the accommodation of a hedge fund manager. He reportedly paid around $238 million for a four-story home in New York City in 2019.
