The Amazonia restaurant in Palermo joins the Halloween festivities with limited edition dishes and cocktails inspired by the traditional celebration. From Friday until Sunday at 5:00 p.m., you can enjoy exclusive dishes, such as the Zombie Sobre Sangre ribs, pork ribs braised in black beer with jungle chili peppers on black pudding puree; and the Vegan Brain, a grilled cauliflower with one hemisphere with huancaína sauce (yellow chili sauce) and the other with ocopa (yellow chili sauce with huacatay).

The proposal may be accompanied by three cocktails of the day: El Niño en Blender, based on vodka, mango, orange liqueur, orange and mango juice, grenadine and lollipop; the Monster Smash that has gin, played with lime, basil, mint and sparkling wine; and the Apocalyptic, with fernet, vodka, a reduction of dark beer, red berries and orange juice. A plan that combines Amazonian flavors and fun in a jungle setting with an open-air terrace, ideal for the time.
