There are also long and happy marriages in the celebrity world: on Instagram, model icon Cindy Crawford (57) celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary with husband Rande Gerber (61). The two said yes on May 29, 1998. “25 years ago today, Rande and I got married at the Ocean Club in the Bahamas. It was a perfect wedding,” Crawford writes about a series of pictures showing intimate moments of this special day. The recordings were then captured by “Vogue” fashion photographer Arthur Elgort (82).
Her children, Presley and Kaia, are her greatest blessing
“We spent a wonderful weekend surrounded by family and friends to celebrate our love for each other. I would do it all again in a heartbeat,” recalls the famous model. She wanted to “congratulate herself and her husband on our 25th anniversary”. She feels particularly blessed by her two children Presley (23) and Kaia Gerber (21).
Rande Gerber is her “solid rock”
She also wanted to mention that despite all these good things, life is full of ups and downs and challenges, writes Cindy Crawford. “I am proud of how we have mastered life together – giving each other strength and comfort.” Directly addressing Rande Gerber, she adds at the end: “You were my best friend and rock solid, I can no longer imagine life without you.”
