She still has a few years left, but Jessica Biel is already “nervous” when it comes to her two boys becoming teenagers.
Her eldest son Silas is only eight years old, but Jessica Biel (41) is already worried about how difficult puberty could be for him in a few years. Luckily, with her son Phineas (2), she has a lot more time to adjust to these often turbulent times.
Biel is Executive Producer on the teen thriller series Cruel Summer, which airs on Amazon Prime Video in Germany. She is currently promoting the second season, which starts in the US on June 5th on Freeform. should she answer the question of whether all of the drama from the show is affecting her in regards to her own children’s teenage years to come. It’s downright “devastating” how “nervous” Biel is, she explains.
Frightening Years
“God, it’s scary,” adds Biel. “What they go through in puberty… it’s tough being a kid,” says the producer and actress. “I tell my eight-year-old that all the time. I tell him: ‘Dude, it’s hard to be eight. I understand that.'” Then she wanted to show her son Silas that it was also difficult to be 41. Apparently, she only gets a lack of understanding from her son – at least for now.
Biel has been with Justin Timberlake (42) since 2007. The romantic wedding followed in 2012 and Silas was born in 2015 – Phineas then during the corona pandemic. She will certainly guide her kids through puberty when the time comes – at least she seems to have all the prerequisites for it. “She’s the toughest, most graceful, most gorgeous partner I could ever have wished for.
