The couple had a “mutual and binding obligation”. This states “that neither of the two could or would dispose of their interests separately without the consent of the other”.
Pitt and Jolie had bought a majority stake in the property between Marseille and Nice in 2008 and each owned an equal stake. After the twins were born in 2008, the family returned to Miraval from the hospital in Nice, where they tied the knot in 2014.
