The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson is happy about offspring. Little Ernest George Ronnie is 13th in line to the throne.
Britain’s Princess Eugenie has become a mother again. Like the niece of King Charles III. announced on Instagram on Monday, son Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank was born on May 30th. The names would refer to a great-great-great-grandfather and grandfather of the boy, both named George, as well as her own grandfather, Ronald. The 33-year-old made her pregnancy public in January.
“Augie is already a loving big brother,” Eugenie wrote about pictures of her children. Together with husband Jack Brooksbank, the eleventh in line to the British throne already has a son, August, who was born in February 2021.
Ernest ranks 13th behind his big brother. He is the 13th great-grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth II and the first to be born since her death in September 2022. It is the third grandson for Prince Andrew, brother of King Charles, and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson. Eugenie’s older sister Princess Beatrice (34) has a daughter named Sienna.
