In dialogue with A24, the lawyer assured that the artist “is creating music now”He even clarified: “I think more than ever”. In this sense, he added that L-Gante “asked to be sent a RKT speaker and tracks“, as well as a USB device with the tracks, a notebook and a pen to write on.

On the other hand, he referred to his state of health after he suffered from fever and decompensation. Cipolla had attributed this discomfort to the stress caused by his judicial situation and the cold weather inside the DDI in Quilmes. However, he considered that music “distracts”. “I think he’s eating more than ever,” she said.
Later, he clarified that the presence of his client does not go unnoticed in the establishment: “Everyone knows that L-Ghent is there. If they don’t know it on their own, they know it when their lawyers come and tell them about it.”
In any case, he explained that he is in an individual cell but finds ways to communicate with the rest of the prisoners: “They can talk. What is normally done in this type of establishment is that they shout and talk from cell to cell.”, he explained.
“It’s L-Ghent. Any prisoner who is there must want to talk to him.”, he concluded.
L-Ghent continues to be detained: what is your situation?
The judicial investigation for the crimes of simple threats, illegal deprivation of liberty, coercive threats aggravated by the use of firearms and simple possession of narcotics faced by Elián Valenzuela continue forward. While the process is being carried out, the arrest of the RKT referent was resolved.
However, the judge of Guarantees No. 2 of Moreno, Gabriel Castro, ruled deny the request for the release of the singer, who was arrested on June 6 and since that day he remains in a dungeon of the mentioned establishment.
