It was at that moment that I had the opportunity to design a university program focused on this need. A need that he saw constantly expressed in the world of wine. The first thing I thought is that, to be successful in a business, you have to know the product in depth, that is why the first four-month period of our programs is focused on knowing very well the production of wine, viticulture, wine regions, technical tasting, pairings, protocol and wine service. Then I thought of a name, my goal was for the students to be the best candidates in the wine labor market. Everything to generate students who are experts in wine.
