“ARTESanal Ice Cream” arrives: when and where will the contest that celebrates Children’s Day be

It is a proposal for free and free participation from which to select 100 pieces of art divided into two categories, 4 to 7 years and of 8 to 12 yearsand then compile into a digital book. The contest will have the participation as a jury of the outstanding cartoonist Miguel Rep.

Finalists will be awarded a voucher equivalent to 1 kilo of Artisanal Ice Cream and, likewise, the entity will deliver bookstore/toystore purchase ordersas defined by the organizers, to the first three places in each category, and awards to first and second place for the participants of Garrahan House and Margarita Barrientos Foundation, The Piletones Dining Roomand Natalí Dafne Flexer Foundation.

How to participate in the contest?

Until July 14, the Association’s web platform will be enabled, where participants will be able to sign up and upload your artwork (one per participant) in digital format, in A4 (size 21×29.7 cm) vertical or landscape, and “.JPG” extension.

The works received under the slogan “The ice cream of the future!” They will be evaluated by a jury made up of a representative from AFADHYA, one from SUR Comunicación, one from Libro de Arte and a specialized jury (illustrator/cartoonist), who will select 100 of them, including drawings and paintings, to later edit a book in digital format.

In addition, the 100 finalist works will participate in a physical sample which will be held from August 18, 2023 and, in turn, for a period of 30 days at the Beethoven Foundation in the City of Buenos Aires. They will also be creditors of prize of a voucher by 1 kilo of Artisanal Ice Cream that can be redeemed in participating ice cream parlors.
