Buller

With more than 20 years of experience in the elaboration of craft beers, Buller complements its diverse styles with a varied gastronomic offer. The menu includes smoked sandwiches, juicy burgers, a variety of milanesas and appetizers to nibble on, such as the New Orleans-style fried chicken: crispy pieces of chicken coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried, accompanied by house fries and an aioli dip. This fried chicken is also present in a complete salad that has crispy bacon, Parmesan cheese, croutons, lettuce and a dressing made of olive oil, anchovies, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon. To pair both options, the house recommends its Hefeweizen beer, a wheat option, extremely refreshing, with notes of banana and cloves.

Hell’s Pizza

Hell’s Pizza conquers with a New York-style proposal where the stars are its iconic pizzas by the slice, but which also features other typical dishes of North American culture, such as the famous chicken wings. These chicken wings are coated with oregano, garlic, cumin, and nutmeg, and deep-fried to a crispy crust. They have two versions: some that are soaked in a subtly spicy barbecue sauce based on ginger, garlic and sriracha; and others bathed in a sweet mustard and sesame seeds. Ideal to accompany with a pint of ice cold beer.

Tori Chipchi

The first Peruvian chicken shop in the city is Tori Chipchi and the star product of the house is offered roasted over firewood or fried. For a distinctive flavor, the protein is marinated for 24 hours with a secret blend of 27 spices. In the fried format, after the marinade, the chicken is coated with flour and toasted oats. The result is pieces with a lot of flavor, very juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. On the menu, fried chicken is offered in two forms: full and half Broaster; or Bucket-style, which are boneless bites of 4, 8 or 12 pieces. Both options are served with French fries, salad, and four artisanal sauces: one of sautéed yellow chili peppers, another spicy rocoto chili pepper with huacatay, a homemade mayonnaise, and a vinaigrette. To pair, there are lemonades, tropical fruit juices and signature cocktails featuring pisco.
