Alfons Schuhbeck’s revision was recently rejected by the Federal Court of Justice. Now he apparently had to file for personal bankruptcy.
In mid-June of this year, Alfons Schuhbeck (74) became certain: The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) rejected the revision of the famous star chef. He will have to serve a prison sentence of three years and two months for tax evasion. The insolvency administrator responsible, Rolf G. Pohlmann, has now revealed further bad news for Schuhbeck to the newspaper. Accordingly, he also had to file for personal bankruptcy.

Pohlmann will now approach the creditors by August 9 “with their insolvency claims […] For September 13th of this year, based on these claims, “a report and examination date will take place at the insolvency court”.
