The winter break is approaching and the Carlos Thays Botanical Garden will offer a wide variety of free activities. Know when and how to participate.
from the next tuesday july 18in it Carlos Thays Botanical Garden (Av. Santa Fe 3951) of CABAstarts “Holidays at the Botanical”a wide variety of free activities related to the Environmental care and the connection with nature for enjoy with family during the Winter Break.
The event will be held from Tuesday to Sunday from 12 to 17 and will last until July 30. Among the proposals, organized by the Environment Secretariat Buenos Aires, there will be circus performances in which, through jugglerswill guide the public through the garden trailssharing valuable tips on the Environmental care. Furthermore, the company recycled circus will present the show “3R Variete”which highlights the importance of 3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recyclepromoting responsible practices towards the care of the planet.

On the other hand, through workshops gardening and compostingchildren and adolescents will have the opportunity to learn about cropshe plant care and the process of composting for reduce organic waste and promote sustainability.
Different workshops will also be offered by experts in art and naturewhere the participants will carry out manual activities with natural materialspromoting the creativity and the nature appreciation. And one “Treasure hunt” will invite participants to explore the five spaces (or continents) of the event in search of hidden treasures, providing a interactive and playful experience.

To close the event, there will be a “Theatrical and Participative Performative Experience” in Thays House. This activity invites the public to immerse themselves in a interactive experiencewhere they can actively participate and enjoy a enriching artistic proposal.
