Dutch TV presenter Linda de Mol has taken the covers off for the cover of the latest issue of her eponymous women’s magazine “Linda”. In the photo, the 59-year-old sits radiant, natural and completely naked at a campsite in the middle of nature. There is a special message behind the picture.
According to the magazine’s Instagram account: “Some love it, others hate the idea of walking around the campsite naked. It’s quite convenient and nice not having to deal with bikini straps, bathing naked straight from the beach bed and to have a sense of togetherness with like-minded people.”
Linda de Mol explains that today hardly anyone dares to go topless in the sun, “because an insidious photo can be taken in a second, can be shared by anyone within a minute and circulates on the Internet forever”.
Linda de Mol has “not an inch of privacy”
Since she is a public figure, she can hardly show herself naked because people “won’t give you an inch of privacy”. That’s why she dreams of not being “a Dutch celebrity” in her next life so that she can relax on a nudist beach. “In my next life I will become a committed naturist,” says de Mol.
Linda de Mol launched her women’s magazine in 2003, with a new issue appearing every two months. In 2023, the “Linda” will be celebrating its 20th anniversary.
