The city of Santa Fe will receive this week the outstanding gastronomic and beer festival El Invernal, the most popular on the Argentine coast. The event will take place between July 21 and 23 at the Belgrano Station and will include various culinary and artistic proposals.
During the three days, in the middle of the winter holidays, regional and national leaders of the gastronomic scene and the world of wine, beer and cocktails will share their knowledge and the latest trends, uniting tradition and innovation in the sector.
There will be local and regional food and drink stands, live author cooking master classes, and learning and training proposals in stunning settings.
The proposal is organized by Beer Fest Group, an initiative of Gabriel Andruszczyszyn and Martin Mazzuca Vidal, local references for beer and gastronomy in Santa Fe.
The winter programming
Friday
Agustín Baragiola will start the cooking master classes on Friday 21 at 7:30 p.m.
That same day, starting at 9:00 p.m., Valentín “Cook” Grimaldi will take the stage to share recipes.
On the musical front, Joven Breakfast, Palta and the Mood, Matt Hungo and the Hot Band, and Franco Nepote will perform on Friday.
Saturday
On Saturday, Alfredo Uboldi arrives at 2:30 p.m., followed by Vicky Tosello, who will perform at 6:30 p.m.
Pablo Massei will share his experiences on Saturday 22 from 9:45 p.m. and on Sunday 23 from 2:30 p.m. together with the musician Zorrito Von Quintero.

In addition, Bianchotti Dúo performs from 2:00 p.m. in the fire pit, Tristan Ulla from 8:30 p.m., Tapones de Punta from 10:00 p.m., as well as Ras Kuinko.
Zorrito Von Quintero and the Gustock, and Catarina Spinetta will close the musical day on Saturday.
Sunday
The culinary program for the last day of El Invernal is completed by Asunción Serralunga (5 pm) and “Lele” Cristóbal.
The event closes with Gloriana (7:00 p.m.), Electric Groove (8:30 p.m.) and Ras Kuinko in the fire pit.
As for the shows, Fabio Alberti will be part of El Invernal all three days with different spontaneous presentations.
The proposal for boys and girls includes Cebolla Circo el las and chocolate to share with children.
Tickets and schedules
Winter will be held from July 21 to 23. On Friday it will open its doors from 18, while on Saturday and Sunday it will open from 12, and every day it will end at 2 the following day.
Advance tickets cost $1,000 and are obtained through Platea VIP.
Children under 16 years of age enter free of charge and must attend in the company of an adult. Admission is free for everyone until 2:30 p.m. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
