“Barbie” director and US actress Greta Gerwig (39) has made the birth of her second son with “Marriage Story” director Noah Baumbach (53) public. The second child of the filmmaker couple was born about four months ago, as Gerwig’s interview with the British “Elle” magazine reveals. “He’s a smart little baby,” Gerwig said of the boy.
“The little one sleeps through the night,” she said. Still, she wakes up every hour or two and looks at her child. “You just want to see the baby over and over again, so I’m in a bit of a twilight state.”
The filmmaker couple already has a four-year-old son, Harold. Baumbach also has a 13-year-old son from a previous marriage. Gerwig’s film “Barbie”, for which she wrote the screenplay together with Baumbach, has been in German cinemas since Thursday.
