Five things you can do against body aging

Five things you can do against body aging

It is argued that we began to get older from the moment of birth and that it is a process that no one can escape.

However, Science is demonstrating that bodily or biological aging can be prevented, can be slowed down, can be stopped, and even, and in certain cases, can be reversed.

So the rate of aging also depends on a personal decision.

For these purposes, the recommendations and resources provided by science to prevent or mitigate aging are these five:

proper diet

“Your food will be your medicine” taught Hippocrates.

Nutrition must avoid the three great factors of aging: inflammation, oxidation and dehydration.

The backbone of a healthy diet is raw fruits, vegetables, grains, and seeds. In particular oats, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and radicheta.

It is important to consume at least one and a half liters of water per day.

It is good to eat fish twice a week when they contain Omega 3 as is the case with salmon, tuna and trout.

Fasting periods also produce a rejuvenating and strengthening effect on the immune system.

Do not mix carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, etc.) with proteins (meat, milk, seeds, dried fruits) as this interrupts or prolongs digestion.

It is recommended to abstain from sausages, soft drinks and caffeine or xanthines from tea or yerba.

Physical activities

Physical exercise is by itself a source of energy, body and mind interact constantly and without rest. To prevent aging, it is recommended to do exercises with high intensity intervals and also properly controlled strength exercises, whenever possible.

It is also recommended to practice aerobic sports.

Even moderate physical activity, such as walking, is enough to improve some chronic problems, such as diabetes or heart disease.

get enough sleep

It is essential to sleep seven or more hours. Lack of sleep accelerates aging.

Incorporate “Supplements”

-“Vitamin supplements”: Our current diet contains many foods packaged with preservatives and dyes, in addition to the fact that the animals we consume are fed hormones, antibiotics, and harmful fats.

Then, vitamin supplements appear to compensate for such situations, which are called “megavitamins”, which must be recommended by the doctor. Such supplements should also include “antioxidants”, which are the first line of defense against “free radicals”, which are one of the causes of aging, the most commonly used being vitamin C and Omega3.

  • – “Hormonal supplements” are those that allow the replacement of estrogen and testosterone that are altered during menopause and andropause.
  • -“Amino acid supplements” are the builders of proteins, essential for the functioning of all cells and tissues and as a source of energy.
  • -“Brain fuels”, are combinations of vitamins and amino acids with special natural ingredients, without any artificial component, to nourish the brain, fight stress, sleep well, for super sportsmen, to study, to be more awake and energetic, more dynamic, have a better muscular response, to balance the nervous system, etc.

“Cellulotherapy” or “biological revitalization” treatments

These treatments seek to prevent or stop aging and are intended to replace or reinforce intimate cell structures that have stopped working or are weakened. It is a real contribution of nutrients and energy directly to the nucleus of the cells.

They consist of the incorporation of derivatives of cells, tissues or glands from animal fetuses for specific prevention purposes, through intramuscular or intravenous injections, which must be performed by a specialist doctor, or by drops.

In addition to these five recommendations, which must have medical support, periodic and complete health examinations must be carried out at least once a year.

Now that you know all this, are you going to make a decision about your own aging?
