Hollywood scriptwriters resumed negotiations with studios

“Sometimes more progress can be made in negotiations when they are conducted without a blow-by-blow description of each side’s moves and the subsequent public dissection of the meaning of those moves. That will be our focus, at least for now, until there is something of significance to communicate or (the studios) use the media to try to influence the narrative,” the email continued.
