The “Genie in a Bottle” singer also shared a series of pictures of her offspring and a video showing Aguilera taking her daughter on stage during one of her concerts. Those nine years have been filled with boundless love, heartwarming hugs […] and lastly, the joy of standing next to you on stage,” the proud mother wrote in her post caption. Daughter Summer Rain shared the stage with her famous mother at Aguilera’s first show in Israel on August 10 this year.
“Every day I thank the universe for giving me the privilege of being your mom, a role that I consider my ultimate achievement,” the singer continued in her emotional social media post. Aguilera is very proud to “experience the remarkable young woman” that her daughter has become.
Christina Aguilera has been engaged for nine years
Daughter Summer Rain is born of Aguilera’s relationship with film producer Matt Rutler. The couple has been engaged since Valentine’s Day 2014 but have yet to tie the knot. The pop star was previously married to music producer Jordan Bratman (46) from 2005 to 2011. The marriage produced their son Max Liron, who is now 15 years old.
