“One year ago today”: Jennifer Lopez (54) her first wedding anniversary with Ben Affleck (51). On August 20, 2022, “Bennifer” tied the knot at a big party at Affleck’s Georgia home. A good month earlier, the two stars had exchanged rings in a small group in Las Vegas.
Mrs. Affleck shared two pictures from the big celebration on Instagram for the anniversary. In one, Ben Affleck is carrying his new wife in his arms, both of them are beaming. In the other photo, the two kiss while fireworks go off in the background.

Jennifer Lopez accompanied the pictures with a text excerpt from her song “Dear Ben…Pt II”. The song will appear on J.Lo’s new album This Is Me…Now, due out later this year. The section reads:
“Sitting here aloneLooking at my ring ringFeeling overwhelmedIt makes me wanna sing singHow did we end up hereWithout a rewindOh myThis is my life…”
This Is Me…Now is the follow-up to the album This Is Me, released in November 2002. A song entitled “Dear Ben” was already included on the record. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been dating for over 20 years. There were already marriage plans, but “Bennifer” broke off their engagement in January 2004. In 2021 there was a love comeback.
