Blount, the youngest victim of the festival Astroworld in Houston, Texas, hosted by popular rapper Travis Scott, was placed in a medically induced coma due to severe brain trauma and never regained consciousness.
“Ezra’s death is absolutely heartbreaking,” said the attorney. Ben Crump it’s a statement. “The Blount family is mourning the incomprehensible loss of their precious son. This should not have been the result of taking their son to a concert.”
“I wasn’t ready to lose my son,” Ezra’s father told local television station ABC13, Treston Blount.
“We still had a lot of life ahead of us,” he said, describing his son as a huge Scott fan who was “excited” before the performance.
The deaths occurred because the victims were crushed against the stage by the crowd that crowded behind them. The deadly human tide also caused 200 injuries, according to lawyers.
