In an interview with the international newspaper “Wall Street Journal”, Jennifer Aniston now said that Sandler sends her a bouquet of flowers every year on Mother’s Day – even though the 54-year-old has no children. The loving gesture has a reason.
“It was a difficult road”
The actress makes no secret of the fact that Jennifer Aniston tried for years to have a child. The “Friends” actress said in an interview with the US magazine “Allure” last year: “It was a difficult path for me, the path of having children.” She describes how tough the years in her 30s and 40s were for her. She would have done anything to start a family: drank Chinese teas and also tried in vitro fertilization treatment, a method of artificial insemination.
“I would have given anything to have someone tell me, ‘Freeze your eggs, do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think so. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.” In the meantime, she actually feels relieved because she has answered the question “Can I?” no longer have to ask. And while it was a difficult time for her, she says that otherwise she would never have become the person she is today.
