The menu has a variety of ramen options for all tastes. The noodles can be toasted wheat or rice and all the ramen have their veggie alternatives, with proteins like falafel or tofu and a flavorful vegetable broth.
- Koji Shio Tonkotsu: a delicious pork broth accompanied by noodles, koji katsobushi tare and salt, leek leaf, white scallion, memma, black garlic oil, smoked bacon and an egg mollet.
