Elton John he was released from hospital on Monday morning after slipping at his home in southern France.
A spokesman for the singer says the fall occurred on Sunday. “Elton visited the local hospital as a precaution. After checks, he was discharged immediately this morning and is now back home and in good health”, reads the statement.
John is 76 years old. finished his tour Farewell Yellow Brick Road Last month in Stockholm. The tour began in 2018. While Elton didn’t rule out releasing new music in the future, he has retired from touring to spend more time with David and his children.
