The live action series “Star Wars: Ahsoka” came to Disney+ on August 23 with its first two chapters. A time change caused the premiere to be brought forward in Argentina for today, August 22 at 10:00 p.m.
Disneywhich did not always announce its viewing figures for Disney+, reported that the first episode of Ahsoka it recorded 14 million views, making the series number one worldwide on the streaming platform.
What is Ahsoka about?
Rosario Dawson stars in the series as Ahsoka Tano, whom she first portrayed in season 2 of “The Mandalorians” and again in “The Book of Boba Fett”.
The official synopsis reads: “After the fall of the Empire, ‘Star Wars: Ahsoka’ follows former Padawan Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.”
