The ARD series “Rote Rosen” has a new dream couple: Sebastian Deyle and Diana Staehly start as Dr. Klaas Jäger and Joerdis Kilic.
Telenovela fans can look forward to a new dream couple on TV: the actors Sebastian Deyle (45) and Diana Staehly (45 ) as Dr. Klaas Jäger and Joerdis Kilic.
The story: Jördis is actually happily married and now that the children have left home, he is planning a trip around the world. She goes to Lüneburg for a wedding invitation and meets the doctor Dr. Klaas Jaeger. The two are immediately attracted to each other and spend the night together. Then they both decide: This must never happen again!
“A childhood dream comes true”
Sebastian Deyle is happy to be able to play a doctor: “With the role of Dr. Klaas Jäger, a childhood dream comes true for me as an actor and a self-confessed ‘Schwarzwaldklinik’ fan. Finally a chief physician – my mother would be proud and the neighbors know too now that the boy has become something – more is not possible!”
Diana Staehly: “I’m very happy and I’m looking forward to this season of ‘Red Roses’. After three days, I felt like I’d been there for three months.”
“Rote Rosen” is the first German telenovela that focuses on a woman in her mid-forties. The ARD series has been broadcast since November 2006. It can also be seen in Switzerland and Austria, and since 2008 it has also been shown on Italian television under the title: “My Life – Segreti e passioni”.
