The prosecutor who intervened in the trial in which the doctor was convicted Hannibal Lotocki established the points of expertise of the autopsy of the model Silvina Luna to determine if it was a death caused by the doctor’s therapeutic practices.
Sandro Abraldes, who on Thursday obtained the preservation of the corpse (which has not yet been autopsied), requested that at the time of carrying out this task the following be determined:
- The cause and diagnosis of death
- The determination of previous medical or surgical procedures aimed at body modification (aesthetic)
- Verification of the presence of foreign or foreign substances to the organism that could have been induced as a result of the procedures indicated in the previous point, with indication in regions or body parts of the finding.
- Detailed analysis of cardiorespiratory and renal systems, tending to verify the existence of pathologies that could be related to the aforementioned procedures.
Abraldes specifically requested “the special examination of the gluteal area, quadriceps, hamstrings and thighs; the detection of polymers or methacrylate and the preservation of all samples of pathological anatomy necessary for subsequent expertise, especially both kidneys and the reno-secretory system”.

Silvina Luna was 43 years old at the time of her death.
The decision on who should order the autopsy is in dispute between three judges: the one from the oral court that sentenced Lotocki, Carlos Rengel Mirat; the instruction number 36, Alexander Ferro (who received a complaint from the lawyer Fernando Burlando) and his colleague from court 60, Louis Schelgel, who investigates the death of another patient, Cristian Sánchez.
The autopsy, when it is carried out, it must also contemplate “the practice of toxicology tests tending to determine foreign substances (such as acrylates)”, proposed the prosecutor.
Abraldes considered it necessary that the entrusted practice be carried out by a Medical Board made up of two forensic professionals who are experts in thanatology and specialists in plastic and reconstructive surgery, intensive care, nephrology, pathology, trauma, pathology, immunology, and diagnostic imaging.
In addition, “they must be sent to the Forensic Medical Corps all the medical records and records of Luna involved in the case (studies, clinical history, expert reports and other related practices), as well as the complete medical history made by him Italian Hospital of Buenos Aireswhich must be obtained by order of presentation, in attention to the urgency of the matter”.
The word of Aníbal Lotocki’s lawyer
The doctor Ileana Lombardo, lawyer of Hannibal Lotocki He spoke in dialogue with C5N and assured that he requested the kidnapping of the “medical record” and ruled out – for now – initiating legal action against Pamela Sosa for the escrache at the door of the doctor’s house. At the same time, she was annoyed by the disturbances that took place in the house and ruled out protection: “if Lotocki were protected, she would not be in a house from which she cannot leave” and detailed the events that have occurred in recent days: “she They vandalized the car, they threw stones in front of the house. This comes from the false information that circulates and the campaign on social networks.”

Finally, the lawyer ruled out that Aníbal Lotocki apologized and insisted that “the patient’s illness is not related” and they still do not know the cause of death of Silvina Luna. Finally, she denounced threats and warned: “each one has to take responsibility for what he said.”
