This Sunday a judge ordered an autopsy on the body of Silvina Luna (43), died on Thursday at the Italian Hospital in Buenos Aires after several weeks hospitalized. The forensic practice to be carried out was requested by the prosecutor Sandro Abraldes, to find out if the doctor Hannibal Lotocki could be accused of murder for the death of the model and actress.
It should be remembered that the suspect was already sentenced to four years in prison for the case – the sentence is not final -, although for the crime of serious injuries. The victims were the former Big Brother, Stefanía Xipolitakis, Pamela Sosa and Gabriela Trenchi.
The news of the authorization of the autopsy was confirmed by the journalist Mauro Szeta on your social network account Twitter. “The same judge Louis Schelgel who maintains that he is incompetent, has just ordered the autopsy due to the urgent nature of the measure. A day ago she had said otherwise. Now, another prosecutor asks to add expertise,” explained Szeta.
“Luis Schelgel ordered the autopsy. However, it does not incorporate expert witnesses, nor a medical board. Two prosecutors again request that the study that is irreproducible be with all the guarantees,” added the journalist.
Silvina Luna: what data do they seek to find out through the autopsy
Sandro Abraldes, who on Thursday obtained the preservation of the corpse (which has not yet been autopsied), requested that at the time of carrying out this task the following be determined:
- The cause and diagnosis of death
- The determination of previous medical or surgical procedures aimed at body modification (aesthetic)
- Verification of the presence of foreign or foreign substances to the organism that could have been induced as a result of the procedures indicated in the previous point, with indication in regions or body parts of the finding.
- Detailed analysis of cardiorespiratory and renal systems, tending to verify the existence of pathologies that could be related to the aforementioned procedures.
Abraldes specifically requested “the special examination of the gluteal area, quadriceps, hamstrings and thighs; the detection of polymers or methacrylate and the preservation of all samples of pathological anatomy necessary for subsequent expertise, especially both kidneys and the reno-secretory system”.
