It will be held from October 23 to 29 in San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro. The event showcases the typical products that the region has, its gastronomy, its chefs and the latest trends, in addition to the beautiful landscapes that the destination has to offer.


During that week, visitors will be able to enjoy: a gastronomic circuit made up of more than 70 establishments with special menus at promotional prices; Free tastings and tastings (wines, beers, regional ciders and tastings of original products from the area); Pop Ups exclusive dinners made by the most important chefs in the country; Cooking master classes; important discounts on hotels (up to 50% discount on participating hotels); activities linked to healthy eating, and the long-awaited BALC Fair in the City’s Civic Center (from Friday, October 27 to Sunday, October 29).
“Bariloche a la Carte became a tourist product in itself and attracts visitors from all over the world. Over the years the event expands, always seeking to improve the proposals we offer and amplify what we already have: our gastronomy, our products and our chefs,” he says.
