On this occasion, they gathered at the Buenos Aires headquarters of the Argentine Association of Actors and Actresses. Fernando Burlando, plaintiff’s lawyer, was present at the demonstration and assured: “Today Lotocki’s situation is not the same as when he was convicted. Deception is very present. I have noticed a lot of disinterest from Justice at the beginning, but I never noticed a hand that calmed the situation. I believe that Lotocki believes his own fantasy, it should not be on axis,” said Burlando.

He also assured: “Due to the complexity that Lotocki’s procedural situation has gained, today we are calling for his arrestbecause when he was convicted he did not have the background that he has today, that is, these backgrounds that speak of open cases and other investigations“. He added that in this way he seeks to “guarantee his presence at the trial.”

In this context, the lawyer emphasized the request to launch a “Silvina Law” that regulates the activity of plastic surgeons. “The idea is that generate mandatory knowledge of materials“, he explained. “When you enter an operating room, you voluntarily put your life in the hands of the health professional, and that guy at that time and in that place has God level power. The framework gives peace of mind to the doctor and the patient,” he concluded.

Gabriela Trenchi, another of Lotocki’s victims, remarked: “It is incredible the number of boys and girls who are joining the chat and who have lost their shame, they are people who suffer like us. What we have is a bomb“.

For her part, Beatriz Berger, also operated on by the same surgeon, said that at times he wanted to die and is aware of several people who chose to take their own lives.

Among those present were also some relatives of victims of malpractice and artists who came to support the cause, such as Aníbal Pachano.

“The headquarters of this historic entity has been chosen because, to a large extent, It is the members of the artistic community in its diverse expressions in whom this situation is made visible. of public domain that affects a part of our society”, they maintained from the Argentine Association of Actors and Actresses.

“We want to listen to each other, we want to contain ourselves, we need to see each other and tell each other what happened to us and happens to us. We need this meeting to move forward towards a forceful claim that awakens Justice,” he added.
