Fernando Burlando was the lawyer of Silvina Luna during all the malpractice trial that started him plastic surgeon Aníbal Lotocki. After his premature deaththe lawyer is in charge of defending the model’s family, and in this context he announced that he will request the doctor’s arrest.
Lotocki is currently sentenced to four years in prisonbut enjoy ambulatory freedom. “By virtue of the complexity that Lotocki’s procedural situation has won, today we are asking for his arrest, because when he was convicted I didn’t have the background that today it has, that is, these antecedents that speak of open cases and other investigations“he said in a statement.
