Nobility: Prince Harry celebrates his 39th birthday in Düsseldorf

Happy Birthday, Prince Harry! King Charles’ son celebrated his 39th birthday in Germany on Friday. He seems to like the food.

Prince Harry celebrated his 39th birthday in Düsseldorf on Friday. The spectators at the Invictus Games for disabled soldiers serenade him to celebrate the day. Harry watched soccer with his wife Meghan and seemed to be in a good mood.

The evening before, the son of the British King Charles paid a visit to Düsseldorf’s old town. In a typical traditional brewery, he and Meghan, who was three years older, not only drank Altbier and wine, but also enjoyed knuckle and black pudding.

“So proud! Impressed by very friendly people who enjoyed our Schumi Alt, Haxe Wiener Schnitzel, Blutwurst and German sausages,” wrote the Schumacher Brewery team on Instagram. The brewery also posted a photo in which Harry and Meghan are smiling and standing in the middle of the brewery team.

Harry and Meghan showed up at the “Im Goldenen Kessel” brewery completely unannounced, a spokeswoman for the brewery said on Friday. They also didn’t book a table in advance. “They were there all of a sudden.” The couple was sitting in the middle of the brewery.

The Invictus Games come to an end on Saturday with a final event. Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier is also expected to attend.
