The Argentine Nutrition Society (SAN) is organizing the XXII Argentine Congress of Nutrition to be carried out in the NH Gran Hotel Provincial of the City of Mar del Plata from November 15 to 18 under the motto: “Nutrition, the power of an integrative science in health and disease.”
After preventive isolation due to the COVID 19 pandemic, this new edition of the prestigious Congress will allow all health professionals related to Nutrition and related specialties to meet again in person.
It begins on November 15, starting at 2 p.m., in the Rambla Room of the hotel, various free activities will be carried out, without prior registration, for the Community, the Health Team and for students of related careers. of local universities. Participation in these activities will be subject to the capacity of the room and on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who are not health professionals and want to know more about healthy eating are welcome.
From November 16 to 18, recognized national and international experts will participate, who will update the most important topics in nutrition. They will give different Symposiums, Talks with Experts, Conferences and Mini Conferences. 7 main thematic axes will be addressed regarding Nutrition: Diabetes, Dyslipidemia, Obesity, Physical Activity, Food, Clinical Nutrition and Public Health and Education. The topic of intestinal microbiota will also be addressed.
